you need to make sure it's connected by usb cable before update and use
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Have you tried using a wired connection to it? My PC found the controller under the standard Bluetooth devices rather than the dedicated Bluetooth controller option it has. Test out the wired first to confirm it is not the controller.
