It should be compatible. I know my battery packs for wireless charging say the same thing and it was a little tricky putting it in the slot. I would just flip it around and keep trying. This is the right controller for your battery pack. Just keep trying.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This is for the new Xbox Series console. It works with the Xbox One, but the battery packs are slightly different. Not sure why, but you'll need to buy one that works for the Xbox Series and not just the Xbox One's.
