Yes. The controller comes with textured dots in the plastic for grip, it feels very nice, but it is not like the elite controllers that have a rubberised textured grip. But it is an actual grip unlike the xbox one controller that was smooth plastic. Try it out if you get a chance, you can always return the controller or see it in a store demo unit but that might be ill advised with the virus still prevalent. Hope this helps.

Yes it does just like the controller that comes with the console. Grippy texture on triggers and bumpers as well.
