You have to pair it to your Xbox in order for it to work.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try pairing the controller to console. Hold the controller next to the xbox and hold both pairing buttons (little button on the front of the controller and little button on the front left side of console) until the light on both the controller and xbox start flashing. Controller should start working after paired to console.
