I was able to find the online help. I don't think you go under the support link as it directs. I seem to recall the help being on the right side of the screen

Once you go to Bestbuy.com/modal, the Manual that the Quick Setup Guide mentions is on the right side of the screen under Modal Resources. There are not any drivers specific for this unit, as your computer already has the Bluetooth drivers built into the Bluetooth functionality.
