“modal headphones went dead after call, what happened I was on a call using my modal wireless headphones, whcih i love. afther the call ended i hit the off button by accident and the headset said goodbuy. I went to turn them back on and nothing happened, when i plug them into the charger, no lights come on , they simply died, and they were fully charged. help!!!!”

Can't actually answer your question but mine died too, fully charged as well within 12 days or so, traded in for new pair, so far so good.
