“Is this compatible with Windows 10? I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong, I've held the button down until the light flashes red/blue as per the instructions & my computer, which is running Windows 10, keeps saying 'no device found'. Also, I was trying to connect with the device straight from the box, while it was charging. Does it make a difference whether or not it's fully charged? Thanks in advance for your help”
