Ensure that your Bluetooth adapter in the computer has the latest drivers. Have you tried to pair any other Bluetooth headphones? If you can pair others then maybe its something about those particular headphones.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.While the headset is still beeping try clicking the 'remove device' button on your pc in the bluetooth settings. Your PC should remove the current connection and almost right away discover the headset again. Once it does click pair - it may take 30 secs or so for it to connect. Good luck.

To put the headset into pairing mode be sure that you are holding the power/talk button for a few seconds until you get the rapidly flashing blue/red light. If the computer or other device asks for a pin, be sure to use 0000. If the headset has issues pairing to everything, take the headset and receipt into Best Buy to the Geek Squad counter for warranty evaluation.
