How to Pair with iPhone 6 Having difficulty pairing with my I phone 6. Have tried everything suggested thus far. Ready to return!

Will not work with my iPhone 6, iPhone 6S or new iPad Air II running iOS 9.2. Worked with my iPhone 5 running iOS 9.2 just fine. Contacted Best Buy/Modal Support and they have no clue. Contacted Apple Support and they have no clue. It is older Bluetooth V3.0 technology. All Bluetooth devices SHOULD be backwards compatible, but not with newer iPhones.

Not sure if the iPhone 4s is different from th iPhone 6 but I had to turn off the Bluetooth feature on the phone and then turn it back on to recognize the headphones
