I have these headphones. Do you have the Bluetooth function on your mobile phone turned on? You want to click and hold the button that has the phone picture until you see a blue light. You should hear the headphones say "Hello." Once your headphones have paired with your phone you will here "Connected." You might need to charge your headphones if no lights are coming on at all. I hope that helps!
