Have to be unpaired in Bluetooth settings on apple device.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Once headphones are paired with one device, turn bluetooth off on paired device and then follow the steps to pair with second device. The headphones will only pair with one device at a time which is probably why you are unable to successfully pair with second device. Hope this helps!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. When you are trying to pair to the iPad make sure you have both devices in pairing mode. First, turn off the Bluetooth on the iPhone so it is not actively paired to it. To put the headphones into pairing mode, with the headphones turned off, press and hold (power/talk) for four seconds. The LED will blink red/blue rapidly when in pairing mode, now search with the iPad. You should be able to pair them together now. Now the headphones will be paired with both devices, but can only be actively paired to one at a time. when you want to pair to one or the other, just turn the Bluetooth off on the device you do not want to pair with and the headphones will find the other.
