• Hey Judith! My advice would be to check the manual that came with the device, as it likely lets you know why the blue light blinks? steadily? after you’ve plugged it in.

• In my experience, it usually means the coils can't detect your device. I usually remove any protective case, especially ones that are thick or have a metal pad (for magnetic holders). This will normally allow for correct charging for most wireless devices. Your mileage will vary with certain devices.
