Does this needs my apple watch charger to wire it in? null

No, the unit itself plugs into the wall and everything charges from there. I think it works great. I have it in the office and charge my phone or watch when the batteries get low. Charger works great. I'm glad my watch fits with the protective case on it (I was worried about that when I bought it).
