“Hi, I bought this Mophie charging case in November of 2015. Now all of a sudden it just stopped charging for me. Is there some kind of return/refund/exchange with this product?? Because I'm really not happy at the moment.”

I'm on my third Mophie case - replaced two times for free. Once for the trim delaminating and once for the pack failing after a fall of 16" to a carpeted floor. Mophie will work with you for a replacement.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. I returned mine after 10 months to Mophie. Just get the number from Best Buy, call them and they will send you a return box. After they get it, they will send you a new one
