• First make sure the Mophie is charged. Secondly, make sure your iPhone charges with the charger it came with. If your iPhone does charge with its original charger and does not charge with the Mophie, it could be that the Moohie is defective or, has reached the end of its life. Keep in mind that the Mophie will only charge your iPhone for a total of 500 times. After that, it becomes just a protective case.
