We suggest using the cable that came with your iPhone 7 Plus. To charge your iPhone, connect the cable that came with your device to the powerstation battery and to your device. Press the status indicator button for two seconds to begin charging.

The device is really good to have. See if you can buy a connection so that you may still use it. You would still be able to use it. its a universal device.

The cord that comes in the box is only to charge the bank. Use the cord provided with your phone to plug into the bank for charging your phone.

You need to plug the USB end of the cable into the Powerstation.
