Is this compatible with iPad 12.9? null

If you can find a usb connection to plug into the power bank or supply. It should have no problem charging any device. Because when I need to charge my samsung note. I can't use the C-connection with the power bank, it will only take a usb connection. I even tried to my phone where we charge the power bank and I didn't see it charge.
