my 3 wk old Mophie Power station also came with only 2 LED lights that were "lit up", You need to keep the Mophie connected to your charging device (wall power adapter) for several hours. At about 3-4 hours you will see the 3rd light start blinking, The 4th light may not start blinking until after 5-6 hours. The Mophie will not show all 4 LED lights as solid lights till about 12 hours, ie, it takes TIME,
