• You will have to purchase a SIM card separately. This is because Best Buy nor Motorola know which carrier you will be using, so they leave it up to you to decide and purchase the SIM from your chosen carrier. There are a few SIM cards for sale inside Best Buy stores and online.

• No Sim card is shipped with the phone. I just put in my SIM from my previous phone.
