“My last Motorola came with a tool that opened the slot to get the SIM card out. Does this phone come with that? (Even though it doesn't include a SIM card)”

• No tool and a tool is not needed in this case. I put in both a CDMA sim for RingPlus and a GSM sim for FreedomPop in back and forth and I can do it with my fingers without a problem. When I needed to get the sim out of my iPhone, I just used a tooth pick and that did the job as I don't have a special tool by my side.

• No the phone does not come with a sim tool because it doesn't need one. To put in/ take out sim you take off the back which is very easy, then you just slide it it.
