“Hi does this phone still work on 4G LTE also? Our 5G service is spotty in our area. Thank you!”

• Thank you for your inquiry. Yes, the Moto G Power (2024) supports both 4G LTE and 5G, so you can still use 4G LTE if 5G service is spotty in your area. The phone will automatically switch to 4G LTE when 5G coverage isn't available, ensuring you can stay connected. Let me know if you need any other information! -Aria

• Yes and there is settings to force 4g LTE only or not allow 5g, depending on how you want to view the setting. I disable 5g while I'm traveling for that same reason as 4g LTE is generally better signal while on the move from state to state. If I'm staying in town I will turn on the 5g.
