  • QuestionHow many esim's can this phone store and manage ? Can i store multiple esims without having to continuously delete the one I am using ? Using for travel can I have one esim and one physical sim active at the same time, one for calls one for data ?

    Asked by Java62.

    • Answer Hi Java62, Thank you for your inquiry. The Moto G Power 5G 2024 phone supports 1 physical Nano SIM and 1 eSIM. You can store multiple eSIM profiles on the device, but only one eSIM profile can be active at a time alongside the physical SIM. For travel purposes, you can indeed have one physical SIM and one eSIM active simultaneously. This allows you to use one SIM for calls and the other for data, or any combination that suits your needs. • QuestionCan this phone work with local carriers in West Africa?

    Asked by T.

    • Answer Hi T, We appreciate your inquiry! While this unlocked moto g power 5G (2024) supports many global GSM and LTE bands, it is primarily intended for sale and use in the North American region. It may work with local carriers in West Africa (such as MTN, Orange, or Glo), as it supports standard global frequencies like LTE bands 1, 3, 7, and 8. However, we cannot ensure that all specific carrier services—such as 5G, Wi-Fi calling, and VoLTE—will be supported, as these depend on the carrier's local network certification and settings. Additionally, please keep in mind that the device's warranty and official support are limited to the region where it was intended for sale. We generally advise against purchasing a phone from one region for ongoing use in another to avoid compatibility problems. -Jess
