Be aware this phone uses a micro SIM card. It was not interchangeable with previous phone for me. Verizon sold me a sim card for 10.00 with no cost to move service to new phone. I will add that Verizon could not get service to transfer, blamed phone, so I took back to Best Buy. BEST Buy put in new micro SIM card for free AND transferred service while I waited. EXCELLENT customer service at Best buy.
