This is an unlocked phone, so as far as I can tell you should be able to use this phone on the T-Mobile network. We are on AT&T and this phone accepted the previous phone's sim card and works like a charm. You can always ask the BestBuy sales people - they were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful as we were making our purchase.
