- Answer There is no SIM card in the phone. It takes a nano SIM card to get it going. Contact your cellular provider to get one.

- Answer It is not an I phone it is an Android phone. I live in valley too works better than any phone I ever had. I even got a cell tower from Sprint with last phone still could not get phone to work. I had an iPhone yrs ago it did not work here either I love this phone I travel around the world and. It works everywhere. I am not a camera person so I can't speak to those types of issues. If you check with your provider they may be able to give you a tower like I have. I can't guarantee that it will work for you but I had the iPhone 5i i think and it would not work here.it was the worst phone for reception here. My sister has a Samsung and it has a great reception on Verizon I think this is the best phone for the price. I love Moto phones I always go back to that brand and have had all the models . Also a phone repair place around the corner agrees with me every employee has Moto phones. If you contact Moto you may be able to return it if it does not work but it is way more expensive. Best buy charges restock fee.

QuestionIve had the Samsung S8 for the past 2 years. Honest option, how much is this phone a downgrade from the S8? Not specs, because I obviously know there are some major differences. I want to know will this phone really bother me coming from a premium phone.

- Answer If you are the type that has to have the latest and greatest then stick with current manf such as Samsung but you will pay much more. If you just need a phone to use as a phone and browse the internet and take quality pics then you should be happy with the G7

- Answer This phone is unlocked so it will work on ANY provider that gives you a card to access their network. Just insert your existing in the slot where you would but a memory card into, there are 2 spaces for them. Very easy to do.

- Answer The only $150 price I see is for activation with Verizon. That is still available as of this date (5 September 2019). As far as I know, this is not a "starting price, but should be available as long as you don't alter the account (terminate, fail to pail the monthly fee, etc.). The SIM card has to be a Verizon card for use with Verizon.

QuestionI heard that the USA version of the Moto G7 does not have NFC, so I cannot use it for Venmo, Google Pay, Apple Pay or even Square! Is that still true? If so, is it possible to get the UK version in the USA? I heard the UK version has the NFC capability.

- Answer Yes you can but you will not have the us warranty, I think Amazon sells those, just make sure it is compatible with your carrier.
