• Hi David, You can activate your Moto X4 by switching SIM Card. You may need to contact your carrier if you need further assistance with activating your phone. - Zeke

• Activate now changes the total price to $99 for Verizon, then Verizon hits you with a $40 upgrade fee.. total for me was $149 to 'activate now' It's $149 to 'activate later' so didn't seem to be much difference?
