Hi BDS, I understand. Simultaneous voice and data is a carrier feature which makes it difficult to know what features will and will not be supported on the device from one carrier to the other. As the manufacturer we don't have the ability to test the device with that carriers service directly. However, after doing some additional research, we believe that this feature would not be supported on the device with Sprint at this time. I am sorry for the inconvenience. -Anne
