• If it is a unlocked phone, it should work with that carrier. I would call the carrier you want to use and ask them if a unlocked cell phone will connect with their network.

• I am not sure. We ordered this phone for a Verizon plan. I would call the store and ask. We did that to make sure all was good for our plan.
