A:AnswerActually got this answered on bestbuy forum from a bestbuy team member. As long as you don't buy in store you can activate it later. So if you get store pickup or order online then you can activate it when you want. You do have to attach it to a number from a provider but again can activate at your leisure as long as it's not done with a team member in store.
