  • QuestionCan the 10w rapid charger and the usb cable from the E5 play be used to charge the razr 2024?

    Asked by Justgotonetoo.

    • Answer Hi Justgotonetoo, Thank you for your inquiry and interest in our product. The Moto Razr 2024 supports 30W TurboPower charging, which provides faster charging speeds compared to lower-wattage chargers. While you can use a 10W rapid charger and the USB cable from the Moto E5 Play to charge the Razr 2024, please note that the charging speed will be slower than with the recommended 30W TurboPower charger. For optimal performance and faster charging, we recommend using the 30W TurboPower charger designed for the Razr 2024. -Mitch

  • QuestionPhone is known to crack along the inside of the fold.which can damage the screen. Moto doesn't consider this defect as covered under warranty without a serious fight. However replacing the screen protector also voids warranty. Will you cover this damage?

    Asked by Noble.

    • Answer Are you talking about the phone screen or the screen protector cracking? The screen protector only rarely cracks or even creases, and the screen itself doesn't have any known issue regarding this. That's probably why you're having to fight for warranty to cover either. My suggestion, don't treat your phone like a Frisbee or hacky sack. I've had both the 2023 and 2024 models since they came out. I'm also rather rough with my phones, being a guy that works with his hands, and subject them to more than phones should be. I still haven't damaged a screen (or screen protector). Remember, a consumer's inability to properly take care of a product (within reason) during everyday use, is NOT necessarily a defect in product design. It's a defect in consumer, and suggests an inability to accept reasonable accountability (because then who could they blame?).

  • QuestionWell, this phone hook up to an Xfinity account

    Asked by Rj.

    • Answer Yes, it will work with Xfinity Mobile. Proof? Not only does Xfinity offer the phone for sale directly, but I'm currently answering this on a Razr 2024 using the Xfinity Mobile network. I can't understand why Motorola Customer Care would tell you no, and claim otherwise. The phone that you're asking about is unlocked, also sold by Xfinity, and Xfinity allows you to bring your own advice. My personal guess is that this "Motorola Customer Care" isn't an actual Motorola representative, but is merely a Best Buy employee employed to oversee Motorola products and tasked with answering any questions relating to such. (In other words, an idiot that's only saying "no" because they don't actually know the answer and are too lazy to find out.)
