“My previous phone had Android 11 and the native phone app had a call recording feature I have come to rely on. The locked T-Mobile Razr 2024 with Android 15 does not. Will an unlocked Razr have that feature? Third party ACR apps no longer.”

The native call recording feature is subject to regional laws and carrier restrictions, and unfortunately, it's not guaranteed even on unlocked devices like the Moto Razr 2024 phone. Since Android 13 and newer versions have tightened access for call recording, many third-party apps are affected.
