Q: Questionhey I want to make sure this phone will work with Verizon. the ad says it will but when you click on it it says at&t .

• A:Answer No. I put in a Verizon sim and while it did say Verizon Wireless and did get a signal strength it immediately went to NO SERVICE. I logged in to Verizon website and entered the IMEI it said not compatible. While the phone WILL technically work because it does support the CDMA bands, Verizon will probably not authorized the IMEI. Hope this helps. It should work great on AT&T, T-Mobile, Metro, Cricket, Simple Mobile and other GSM carriers.

• A:Answer I've bought two of these in the past year. Best Buy says refurbished. Can't tell either of them from new except for the packaging. I think one of the chargers is non-Moto, but it has a longer cord than the Moto charger, an advantage in my book.
