Hello Sheri, Yes, it will hold a 43' monitor , however, we highly suggest all out customer stay within our VESA patters and weight capacity limit. VESA patterns 75 x 75 up to 250 x 100 and screens from 19" - 42" Weight capacity: 22 lbs.
