this arm is VESA compatible, in fact I'm using on my VESA mounted monitor right now.

The weight capacity on this mount is 22 pounds. It looks like the 32" Asus ProArt is just over 22 pounds so would be too heavy to use with this mount. If you have a smaller monitor size it should be compatible as long as the VESA pattern is smaller than 200x200.
