• It should, I'm running it in a Gigabyte GA-970A which is a PCIE 2.0 mother board. Radeon RX 5500 XT is a PCIE 4.0 card, and it's downward compatible. Runs in my 2.0, should run in your 3.0, ASUS 450M.
