You can set ANY monitor VERTICAL…. It’s a setting within your DISPLAY settings Get the “nvida app” get the newest drivers for your graphics card…. Then…. On the left side, you’ll see a section for DISPLAY… You can change the orientation of the layout… Portrait or landscape on your 2nd monitor… Personally I would get only a 100$ monitor for my 2nd display, for stats/ items/ inventory screen, dosnt need 4k uhd….

Yes, the MAG274URFW includes a stand that can support portrait mode.
