Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I bought this motherboard 3 weeks ago and I am using it with an Unlocked i9 Processor with 32 RAM and an EVGA 2080 Video Card and even though I also don't overclock it, it is very power hungry according to the performance data I see in my PC. I haven't tried connecting it only to the 8 Pin one but even though it worked, the whole system would be very unstable. I also like to save money and I don't buy parts I don't need, but in this case I would not recommend it.
