No just the motherboard by itself not any cooling for cpu must be bought separately

you mean that thing goes on top of the CPU to prevent it from getting too hot and burning to a crisp? No, that would come bundled with the CPU itself… Or you can buy a standalone “after market” cooling solution if you desire something more fancy.
