does this motherboard have PCIe 4.0? null

This board does not have PCIe 4.0. There are some Z490 boards available that now have PCIe 4.0, and since the new RTX 3000 series cards are PCIe 4.0 that is beneficial. Up to this point only AMD had it.

PCI 4.0 is not supported at this time. You will need an AMD processor and a X570 Motherboard.

I believe is has 3rd gen PCIe slots.
