• You will want to update the bios, however this board natively supports the i9 14900k

• Yes, this board supports 14th gen. Currently running 14900K. You would need to do a bios update if it doesn't boot. Use the USB drive that comes in the box & follow the guide on youtube titled. - MSI Motherboard BIOS Update with Flash BIOS Button - Without a CPU or with one! - For some reason the manual misses a step. It's been a solid board so far.
