• The Bios for this Motherboard will support 13th gen out of the box & will support 14th gen with an Bios update. In regards to your case. if your case uses standard ATX mounting points then yes it will.

• It’s an atx board so if that case supports it. Will fit. Bios doesn’t need to update for 13th gen. I recent built a machine with this board and a i7 13700k and booted right up to bios and then installed win 11.

• I can't speak directly to the case question (although it's a standard ATX board so I don't see why it wouldn't fit), but I did not update the BIOS before installing my i7 13700k and it works just fine.
