“I’m having issues with a icon that is stuck in the middles of my screen at all times and I was wondering if this happens often and how to fix it ( if it’s an issue with the moniter)”

If it looks like a crosshair, you have to use the red button to go into the monitor settings then go to Settings>Gaming>Screen Assistance and then press off.
