“I have 2 dead pixels and i can see the led screen through a small warped opening on the left side of the screen and some reviews say that they have the same issue. Should i use the 50 dollar warranty and get a new one or save it andnot risk it being worse”

Not sure what to tell you. Mine seems to be intact (no issues to date). So I would say use warranty.
