is there an LED on the back of the monitor? null

There is a good amount of LEDs on the back of the moniter but you will have to have a pc for it to turn on because if you just use it as a screen for your console like a ps4 it won't work

even though i have this monitor plugged into a computer, there is no option for LED like there is in the manual.
