“I have this monitor and when I try to change the brightness, it doesn't give me the option to change it. How do I fix this?”

Locate the litte joystick at the back of the monitor. Move the joystick to the left, the menu screen should appear. Now cycle down to select image, now on the right you should see brightness, contrast, color temp, gamma. Select brightness by pushing left and press the joystick whiles brightness is highlighted to adjust the brightness.
