Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You may be using your HDMI to VGA adapter incorrectly. The HDMI side would connect to your computer, and the VGA side to the monitor. Since the monitor has no VGA inputs, then you must have the adapter reversed and it will not work that way. If your computer only has a VGA output, then you would need a VGA to HDMI adapter, which are a bit more expensive.
