• In the box the monitor comes with an HDMI cable and power adapter along with a few pamphlets, manuals and warranty card. I’d recommend you get a DP cable prior to purchase to make sure you can get the 144hz. I believe HDMI caps at 120hz

• Mine only came with a HDMI but it works great and looks great too. My video card is a HD 7870 so I don't care about 144 free sync.

• Display cable is needed to get the full 144hz, Simple.
