Yes you can wall mout this monitor, im sure that you can find a wall mount suited to fit. Now for 144hz(windows 10) you have to go to your settings, go under ststem and click display. Under display there should be a advanced display settings, click that and go to display adapter properties. From there a little tab should open up. On the top of that tab there is a bar named monitor. On that tab towards the bottom there is a pulldown bar that will allow you to change your monitors hertz. If your monitor says it’s capable of 144hz but 144 is not showing up then you will need a new HDMI cord because not any old HDMI cord will give you 144hz you will need a high speed one.
