“Why does best buy say this laptop has 64GB of ram when MSI states it has 32GB? Speed is wrong also, only 5200Mhz from MSI.”

Short answer, it DOES have 64 GB of ram. There are different variations of this model that vary only by the last digit. Mine certainly has 64 GB of ram. The only negative I can say about this laptop is that the included software, especially for controlling the rgb lights on the keyboard doesn’t work well (if at all) and is a known issue. If you dig through MSI’s website you’ll eventually find the right specs the laptop says it’s a 17 studio A13VI-012US (this is from the decal on the laptop (I wouldn’t be surprised if this is a model specifically made for Best Buy, a lot of big box stores do that so if you try to get them to price match they can say, sorry not the same model).

Mine has the all specs best buy gave it. 64gb ram at the higher clock speed. 16gb 4090, corei9. Models are all Stealth A17*, but the final letter varies for the version.
