I would recommend asking Best Buy support for a guarantee but every item should allow 60 days with the membership besides some workout equipment and cameras that require a 15% restocking fee

If you purchase it on BestBuy.com, you will see how long you have to return it, as long as you purchase it on the account that has the My Best Buy Plus membership. That will be the best way to know how long you have to return it.
